Took about an hour to built with 3 people. Great outdoor enclosure for 2-3 guinea pigs, don't know about rabbits unless you have dwarf rabbits or something. I recommend that their food and water bowl are located inside of the second floor and that during the night you keep your pets in there with the hatch closed. Great deal for $130.Carlos

A little smaller then we thought it would be but my sons bunny seems very happy in it. The price was good for him to start learning to pay for his own things. Directions were only pictures so assembly took a little longer.Amber
